At Astam Diagnostic Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing high-quality medical and diagnostic products. Due to the sensitive and hygienic nature of most healthcare products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure customer safety and product integrity.

Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

Products that are meant for personal, private, or hygienic body use are not eligible for return or refund once delivered, especially if the product seal is opened or the product is used.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, such products cannot be accepted back or resold under any circumstances.

2. Return & Refund Eligible Product

Only BP Monitor (Blood Pressure Monitor) is eligible for return or refund, as it is intended for external body use.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • All original accessories and the box must be returned

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product Received

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged, or

  • Incorrectly delivered

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our mistake

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

6. Company Rights

Astam Diagno reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject any return or refund request if policy conditions are not met

  • Update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice
